On the morning of August 1, 2019, Director of Vietnam Maritime Administration Nguyen Xuan Sang came directly to inspect and supervise prevention work against storm No. 03 in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh areas. Participating in the Inspection Team, there were leaders of Hai Phong Maritime Port Authority, Quang Ninh Maritime Port Authority, Vietnam Maritime Search and Rescue Center and a number of local seaport enterprises.
