In the afternoon of 11 July, 2022, on behalf of Viet Nam Maritime Administration, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet – Acting Administrator led the delegation to visit and sign in condolence note in Embassy of Japan in Ha Noi.

In condolence note, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet extended the deepest condolences to the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, the Government of Japan, the Japanese people and the family of Mr. Abe Shinzo. The loss of Mr. Abe Shinzo is not only a great loss to Japan, but also to the international community, including Viet Nam.  Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet also expressed his appreciation for Mr. Abe’s special sentiments and valuable support to the land and people of Viet Nam, as well as the extensive strategic partnership between the two countries, including maritime sector cooperation.
